Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (instant)

You can delete your account yourself, from any browser or from the installed app, in under a minute:

• Sign in at app.smartoperationspro.co.uk
• Open the account menu (your initials, top right)
• Choose 🔐 Account security, then 🗑️ Delete my account
• Confirm your identity and type DELETE

Your subscription is cancelled and your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address linked to it:

Please include the email address you used to sign in (Google Sign-In or email/password), so we can locate and verify your account before deleting it.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name and email) and sign-in record
• Your subscription (cancelled immediately) and stored payment details
• Vehicle records — mileage entries, daily and weekly check records, maintenance data, tyre information, service history, and compliance records
• Any preferences stored against your account, including local device settings tied to your profile

Deletion is permanent. Once processed, this data cannot be recovered.

Timeline

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. For email requests, we will remove your personal data within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
