Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 30 days are free and you don't need a card to start. To carry on after the trial, add your payment details at £7.99/month or £79.99/year. If you don't, the trial simply ends and you're never charged.
Does it help with the new DVSA Code of Practice?
Yes. The mandatory Code of Practice is expected between late 2026 and early 2027. Smart Operations PRO keeps the records it expects in one place: vehicle renewals, badge and licence expiry, daily checks, a CPD log and first aid tracking. You remain responsible for meeting the code, so read the full version on GOV.UK.
Does this replace my diary or booking app?

How do I install the app?

Does it track my HMRC mileage allowance?
Yes. Log your journeys and it works out your allowance at HMRC's approved rates, with a PDF report ready for your accountant.
Is my data backed up and secure?
Yes. Everything syncs to secure cloud storage via Google Firestore, with login by email or Google. You can export all your data at any time.
